Petzl Ascension Rope Grab, Left-Handed
The spring-loaded, chrome/steel cam provides a secure grip for climbing and also slides upward easily. An ergonomic notched nylon catch allows the cam to be held in the open position for one-handed installation on or removal from the rope. The cam’s self-cleaning slot removes obstructions such as mud or ice from the rope. The ergonomic handle provides excellent grip and keeps the handle aligned with the direction you’re pulling. Constructed of aluminum alloy, the rope grab accepts ropes from 8mm to 13mm. The right- and left-handed models are color-coded for easy recognition.
